We fund research into and practice universal values in today’s public sphere, conserving the values of liberty, equity, fairness, justice and love, which we believe are the bedrock of society.
Why We Fund
We are apprehensive about the current situation that “Love and responsibility” are being cut and thrown away from “freedom and equality;” “Freedom with responsibility” is being replaced by “freedom without bottom-line;” People start from their interests and labeled group interests, freely interpreting “good” and “evil.” We hope to do our utmost to conserve the roots of universal value.
What We Expect
We encourage more action takers and NPOs to promote and advocate universal public values, especially to inspire the younger generation to rethink freedom, fairness, and justice. Therefore, research and action projects for young people (including universities, high schools, and middle schools) will receive priority funding opportunities.

Please note that we have put three file templates in the download folder, including project application, project budget and final accounts, and project closing report. At the application stage, you only need to provide the application and budget, and the final account data and closing report need to be submitted after the project is executed.
