On May 28, 2020, in honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Mr. He was invited to attend the Donation and Memorial Ceremony held by Maryland Mayor. Mr. He shared the work Life Preservation Initiative (LPI) has done during the COVID-19 fight. LPI is sponsored by Daofeng&Angela Foundation and Mr. He is also one of the directors for LPI. The Life Preservation Initiative donated 140,000 non-surgical masks to the Salvation Army of Central Maryland to protect Baltimore City’s most vulnerable communities like senior citizens, low-income families, the homeless population, and also first responders.
