About Dao Feng & Angela Foundation

The Dao Feng and Angela Foundation (formerly known as Daofeng and Angela Foundation) is registered as a charitable, research, and educational organization under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and was founded in 2016 in the State of Maryland.

 

Grant Data Disclosure

From 2016 to 2019, the Dao Feng and Angela Foundation allocated a total of $2,330,533 in grants, and the largest proportion of donations flowed to projects supporting universal value research and practice (see chart below).

2020 was a special year. Due to the outbreak of the pandemic, the Foundation donated 1 million US dollars towards the fight against Covid-19. This grant had a significant impact on donation distribution (see pie chart below).

The pandemic has hurt the lives of many people and exposed many social problems, especially the loss of societal values. Therefore, the foundation reviewed and changed its funding strategy in 2021, no longer having humanitarian and disaster relief as a regular funding area, instead shifting its funding focus to the research and practice of moral values, including Faith and Values, Modern Universal values, Heritage conservation and traditional values.
